Wasn't a tennant but seen the stress my partner went through.
These people who run this business are still in need to learn people skills.
Cant call you on the phone. Just emails. They never respond to emails. If you ask them for something for the house ie a screen door for security. They send out someone to measute up but never get back to you. After a year my partner was told no screen door. Single mother paying top price for the house $400 a wk but cant do anything for ya.
You ought to be ashamed the way you go about things there.

I'd never use them to rent or buy. To bloody expensive
